Kirby Chan

Kirby Chan started his career in 2003 as a Real Estate Appraiser. His father, Alfred started the Appraisal Company in 1992 from their basement. By 2003 it was a thriving small business with 15 employees. By 2006 Kirby had taken over the company and serviced the major banks, such as TD Bank, Royal Bank, Bank Of Montreal, HSBC and National Bank. Kirby also started a Real Estate Sales Division that year.

In 2008, the market shifted and while they saw a growth in the Real Estate Sales Division, their Real Estate Appraisal Division declined with the market. In 2011 Kirby closed down the Appraisal Division, and focused on the booming Real Estate Sales Division. It was renamed the Kirby Chan Real Estate Team.

The appraisal experience Kirby has gives him the knowledge and expertise that no other Toronto Realtor has.  His specialty is in Residential Real Estate; helping clients buy, sell, invest and lease properties.  His role is to guide you in the transaction of your single biggest investment and to achieve the price that you want in the time that you want.

He values a strong work ethic, honesty and commitment to his client’s needs.  He is very proud that the majority of his business is a result of referrals from past clients, who have entrusted him with helping their friends and family.
